Armanda grew up in a United Nations family, living in Rome, London, and Geneva, as her family followed her father's assignments, and so has a unique perspective on the needs of the traveller. She loves to visit with guests and has a wide range of interests - including playing the piano, which was in her family for decades and now has a place of honor at the front of the Inn. She is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.

Additionally, Armanda is a realtor with Prudential Elliman in New York City, specializing in residential real estate in Manhattan. And she has a real estate presence in Dutchess County, NY, providing a crucial link between Manhattan and Upstate purchasers and sellers.

She is devoted to her dogs, Assistant Innkeepers Titan and Argos, and to dog rescue. And she will often go about town on her motorcycle.
